Flame Arts

An educational movement built through music — treating the instrument as the method, not the point.

Purpose

Building extraordinary humans through music.

Mastery is not the transfer of information from teacher to student — it’s the deliberate construction of a relationship between a student and their own capacity for growth. Flame Arts teaches music. It is building the student’s relationship with effort, patience and self-trust.

Instructors are called Mentor-Artists — practicing musicians first, teachers second — because a student can feel the difference between someone who teaches music and someone who lives inside it.

Methodology

The Four Fires of Mastery

Every student’s development is tracked across four dimensions, not one.

01

Technical Fire

Command of the instrument itself.

02

Expressive Fire

The ability to make the instrument say something true.

03

Emotional Fire

Resilience and the capacity to sit with difficulty without quitting.

04

Leadership Fire

The ability to perform, teach, or lead others.

The student journey

The Ascension Path

Spark

A first curious encounter with an instrument.

Practice

The unglamorous middle years, protected against burnout.

Voice

The point where the student develops something recognizably their own.

Stage

Public performance, treated as a rite of passage.

Legacy

Graduates who mentor, perform, or carry the discipline forward.

Methodology

Three pillars. One musician.

Every lesson is fully personalized — flexible to each student, with repertoire aligned to what each family values. The instrument is the method; the musician is the point.

01 — Music Theory

Scales, degrees, chords, modes, positions and progression structures — all nomenclature in English, with chart reading from basic to advanced using real sheet models from professional productions. We understand the “why” behind everything.

02 — Advanced Practice

Where sensitivity is built. Students learn songs by ear and play without depending on reading — charts become annotation, not crutch. Composition and creativity develop each student’s own musical identity, from the inside out.

03 — Physical Training

Intentional, personalized exercises for every stage — building the strength and comfort at the instrument, piano or guitar, so technique never fights the body.

Purpose

Everything we learn serves three purposes.

The student

Music that does the student good — something to reach for in good moments and in hard ones.

The home

Playing and singing together — music as a family language, not a solitary skill.

The community

Friends, church, worship teams — many students go on to lead worship, form bands and record professionally.

Repertoire is always aligned with each family’s values — we value Christian music for its message, and it will always be our first recommendation. Flame Arts works as an extension of the education families provide.

Plans

Three ways to grow. One standard.

Support

The foundation, shaped around you.

30–45 minute one-on-one lessons combining method and application, personalized to the student’s musical identity — the music they already love becomes the lesson material.

Foundation

Learning that continues all week.

Everything in Support, plus guided follow-up through the week on WhatsApp and the Whiteboard — the teacher’s board from each lesson, with practice goals for the week, available right after class.

Excellence

From student to recording artist.

45-minute lessons plus a music production track: one song produced every two months, mastering recording platforms and digital releases — building the student’s career end to end. Recommended after a foundation is built in the other plans.

Every plan is one-on-one and fully personalized.

Format & funding

Online, in English or Portuguese — with education funding support.

Lessons are one-on-one and online. Flame Arts operates under Flame Group LLC, a company formalized in the United States — payments are made in US dollars through a secure link, with Apple Pay accepted.

Families using Step Up For Students and other state educational reimbursement programs receive full documentation — detailed invoices, instructor résumé and curriculum — to support reimbursement.
